Accounts

Customer Success Managers

As a Customer Success Manager on our Accounts team, you will be a powerful advocate for our clients that helps them implement new solutions, identify opportunities, and solve problems. We believe in expecting excellence, and work to show our clients the impeccable customer service they deserve – To do that, you’ll need to have outstanding communication skills, project planning experience, and a passion for customer success.

Sales

Account Executives

As an Account Executive on our Sales team, you’ll help our future customers understand the possibilities of implementing a customer experience program in their business. Whether it’s retail, restaurant, or any other customer-facing industry, you will be focused on one thing: Showing how actionable, objective data about customer experience can be used to transform an organization. You’ll need to have experience with the end-to-end sales cycle, find comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to delight our customers with every interaction.

Operations

Schedulers

As a Scheduler, you’ll help match the right mystery shoppers to the right assignments, and follow up to make sure they successfully complete their work. If you’re based in the Austin area, we’d love to hear from you to see if you would be a fit for a part time scheduling & recruiting role helping assist our team with hard to fill locations, but if you’re located anywhere else we’re still happy to get you started as an independent contractor (bonus points if you have experience using Sassie). Since you’ll be helping answer questions from the field, 7 day a week availability is required.

QA Specialist (Part Time)

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be on the front lines in making sure every report and video our clients see meets our standards of excellence. You might be reviewing a written mystery shop narrative for correct grammar or scoring a hidden camera video on a business’s customer service, all while maintaining focusing on accuracy. This is a part time position in our north Austin headquarters, and you’ll need to have outstanding written communication skills, be a stickler for good grammar, and an eye for detail.
